- 1 x 45 min deep dive clarity session to define the issue and your desired outcome
- 1 x 2 hours RTT session (therapy under hypnosis)

- 2 x 30 min follow-up sessions

Happiness Coaching
Over 1 month :
- 4 x 60 min weekly coaching sessions
- 1 biofeedback kit lent for the duration
- Guided contemplative exercises
- Powerful meditations and hypnosis tracks
- Handbook explaining the science behind each practice
- Workbook detailing weekly exercises
