What is Happiness Coaching ?

Happiness Coaching is a hybrid process between therapy, coaching and mentoring based on the latest research from the Science of Happiness.

Through a series of scientific and practical techniques, we rewire your brain by growing and shrinking the density of specific areas. This is called Positive Neuroplasticity.

The result is that you feel much happier, pretty fast, without having to change anything in your life.

The latest scientific research shows that 40% of your happiness is determined by your intentional daily activities.

Ironically, what many of us believe will make us happier (our circumstances : the perfect job, house, partner, body or even our health) only contributes to a very small fraction of our whole happiness potential.

Yes, you read that right! And the relentless pursuit of it, actually ends up creating more stress and often a sense of lack.

Learning and practicing the activities of the "Science of Happiness" is the easiest, fastest way to improve your wellbeing.

My 3-step Methodology

How does it work ?

Coaching Sessions

Our 60 min sessions will take place in person or via zoom. Each session is tailored to your needs and goals.

Happiness Daily Activities

Each week you will try new practices (10-15 minutes max) and together we will work out which ones work best for you.

Happiness Scores

We will regularly measure your subjective and objective Happiness levels to check your progress.

We will use Biofeedback

A cutting-edge technology that measures how your heart beats and that helps us measure if your nervous system is in a state of "alert/fear/anxiety" or a place of "calm/healing/optimum performance".

Many coaches teach techniques to relax, boost confidence or optimism but they have no real scientific way to measure that theses work. Often, people are not sure if they are doing things the right way or if they work.

With this equipment, you will be able to see the changes, check that your practices are efficient and start doing them differently if need be.

You will learn how to shift from surviving to thriving and see immediate results.

I will provide you with the equipment and access to an app. You will plug yourself in for each practice and be able to see in real time wether your body is stressed or relaxed, your overall coherence (optimum state of performance of the mind and body)
