For those of you who don't know me, my name is Steph Peltier. I am a Happiness Consultant and Coach and founder of Steph Peltier The Divorce Coach and of The Happiness Society 

I spent most of my adult life stressed, overwhelmed, feeling like a hamster stuck on a wheel, pedalling at fast speed and going nowhere. Life was OK but I came to realise that surely this wasn't HAPPINESS!

A few years ago, I started studying the  Science of Happiness and while I was applying all the techniques I was learning, my life entirely shifted!
