I am a Happiness Expert whose mission is to empower women to step into the driver’s seat and to create a fulfilling happy life that ripples out onto the world around them.

I spent the larger part of my career working for global organisations and eventually running my own consulting firm in Paris and London. When work/life balance became too much of a challenge, I had the opportunity to become a full-time mum, supporting my daughters and my (now ex) husband’s career.

My divorce unexpectedly took me to the ground and was the catalyst that pushed me to study the “Science of Happiness” at Berkeley University. I have since been trained by the biggest names in psychology and personal development such as Tony Robbins, Dacher Keltner or Rick Hanson. I am constantly adding new cutting-edge techniques to my tool box, like Mindfulness & Meditation, Result Coaching or Positive Neuroplasticity training amongst others.

Before being a Divorce Coach, I am first and foremost a Happiness Expert. I not only help my clients heal and thrive after divorce but also gain life skills, build daily routines that will serve their wellbeing and happiness for the rest of their life.

My approach is at the intersection of science and spirituality. I combine ancient wisdom with the most cutting edge science. So whatever my clients’ personal beliefs are, my strategies and techniques always resonate with them and gives them the unshakable motivation to take action.

Once I found the light at the end of the tunnel and fully realised that my divorce was in fact a blessing in disguise, I knew that it was my mission to help people going through divorce and separation.

To answer this question, it’s probably best that I share with you a defining moment, and a resulting “compelling story”, that brought me to where I am today – supporting and teaching people like you on exactly what to do to go through a separation successfully, to heal faster and to build the inner resources to create a new life that you are excited about and that truly fulfils you.

That defining moment in my life happened in 2015.

Looking back, I would have described myself as a very fortunate woman living a privileged life.

I have had a successful corporate career in media and owned my own consulting firm. I got married, had 2 beautiful children. And when work/life balance became too much of a challenge, I had the opportunity to become a full-time mum, supporting my daughters and my husband’s career.

I basically had an amazing life and career trajectory from the moment I'd been adopted as a child. There was only happiness.

Or so I had made myself believe, until that one fateful Wednesday morning in June when my husband unexpectedly left. From that moment on, my life took a different spin, I broke down and found myself in full depression mode. The image of myself I had carefully crafted over the years, that warrior business girl, now full-time mother, confident and always smiling was gone! I was burnt-out by stress, petrified about the future, ashamed by my poor self-esteem and completely paralysed by fear, financial insecurities and the prospect of having to go back to work after a nine-year break.

I had the shocking realisation that I had never really been truly happy before, something was always missing. While a successful professional, my life was badly tinted by stress and anxiety.

I was only just coping until the next holiday, like a hamster in a wheel, missing out on all the fun of the journey. While a full-time-mum, I had lost part of my identity, a sense of purpose, achievement and self-esteem.

All I kept saying to myself was: How am i going to get over this horrible divorce? How am I ever going to find love again? How will I raise both my kids on my own? How will I get another job after being out of the workplace for 9 years? Why am I such a loser? Why did I settle for average most of my life ? Will I ever be happy again? Why are some people happy and others so unhappy - and how do I figure this out even though I'm so depressed right now?  

I made a decision right then and there that I was going to figure out this whole “Happiness thing”. At that very moment, I made a commitment to immerse myself in absolutely everything that had to do with Happiness : I got into the Science of Happiness and within weeks of applying the techniques I was learning, my mindset and entire take on life shifted.

My capacity to identify and enjoy simple beautiful things in life started growing a little bit more each day. I learnt to embrace my emotions rather than fight against them. I learnt to love myself again - and in process found out that I was someone very different from both the warrior business girl or the depressed wreck, I was someone else in the middle, kind, compassionate, full of hope, who deserved to create a happy life for herself. I managed to reconnect with a lost enthusiasm for life. Fear was soon replaced by hope and life became a vast field of possibilities. I found a new sense of peace, confidence and the clarity to become the dreamer of my dreams, the architect of my own life. I rewired my brain to be happy regardless of my circumstances and to have the confidence to take risks and create the fun life that I deserve.

I cleaned up my past, kept on studying cutting-edge techniques with Mindfulness, coaching and Positive Neuroplasticity Training and started teaching other people how to do the same: I watched their mindsets shift, their inner strengths and confidence grow, their enthusiasm for life sky rocket! I watched them having fun while healing, discovering their true self, gaining confidence, and moving on by creating happiness and success in all areas of their life.

I have since made a commitment to dedicate the rest of my professional life to helping other ambitious women all over the world to go through divorce/separation while keeping their sanity, to heal faster, to discover their true self, to learn to love themselves, to gain the clarity and confidence to create the fulfilling life they know they want and most importantly to have fun while doing it!

Since then, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients, spoken in front of countless groups: I live my dream of earning an income on my own terms, while having a fun-packed life and dedicating time to my family ; and I have created a divorce coaching program called RECLAIM YOUR LIFE™, a series of 4 important inner and outer steps everyone needs to successfully go through divorce.

Women who are stuck in an unfulfilling relationship, who are in the midst of divorce or who have made it the other end of divorce but who want more.

Divorce is 80% emotional. While you might think that you will be capable of dealing with this emotional rollercoaster, don’t forget that you are now battling against someone who knows exactly how to push all your buttons.

Regardless of whether you instigated the separation or if you are on the receiving end of it, your mind and body are now officially tipped into Fight/Flight/Freeze, i.e. the Stress mode. Staying calm and thinking rationally will be a challenge.



The consequences of this level of intensity of stress will touch every aspect of your life, you sleep patterns, your physical and mental health, your eating/drinking habits, your confidence, your ability to think rationally …

People make the common mistake to use their lawyer for emotional support! An email arrives from their ex and they get on the phone to their lawyers. And the legal fees invoice arrives as a shock a month later ! Lawyers are there to deal with your legal business, they are great at getting you the best deal but they are not qualified to support you emotionally.  Of course they’ll hear you out and will want to help but remember that the money clock is ticking at the same time. This is a complete waste of time and money.

Spend your money wisely and get a therapist, a divorce coach, a mentor.

Ideally someone who has been through this and will not only understand you but will be able to provide you with :

  • shortcuts to avoid pitfalls and pains

My experience of the science of happiness and divorce is both academic and experiential.

I have been to the trenches, I had a messy and difficult divorce, I fought depression, low self-esteem and I had to totally reinvent myself and set-up a business from scratch that met the values I carefully defined for my ideal life.

I will help you save money not only because you won’t use your lawyer as a “shrink” but because:

RECLAIM YOUR LIFE™ workshops, products and programs were created for women going through divorce or post divorce who are dead serious about moving forward with their life, about learning and growing, about closing a chapter of their life and starting writing the next one.

This means not running around all day long, beating yourself up anymore saying: “This is so unfair”, “I’ll never get through this”, “I’ll never find love again”, “I’m a loser” or “Life is horrible”

Because none of the above is true and I will prove it to you.

With the right strategies and techniques, you can heal, you can gain the strengths that create a mindset that serves you, you can become strong and confident and become the wonderful architect of your life. You can achieve anything.

They were created for you to put systems in place within a few months (sometimes weeks!), which will eventually lead you to step into the driver’s seat and create a meaningful, fulfilling, happy and successful life, to feeling calm, confident, worthy, valued and loved.

Being an authentic, open-minded, and growth-oriented person myself, I’m known to work best with other authentic, open-minded, and growth-oriented people who are committed to creating a life that really matters, who are super-ready to move forward and just want to know exactly what steps to take to reclaim their life, to come out the other end of divorce feeling optimistic and confident.

You will be expected to take serious and consistent action. No excuses anymore, just a very different way of thinking and full support, while you achieve this incredibly exciting goal of reclaiming your life.

This program is not for people who want a quick fix. If there was a quick fix to divorce, I would give it to you. But there is none. Everybody goes through the same stages with divorce (sometimes in a different order and at a different pace) but you will go through each and everyone of them and you need strategies at each stage.

These stages are :

  • Denial: "This is not happening to me. It's all a misunderstanding. It's just a midlife crisis. We can work it out."
  • Anger and resentment: "How can he do this to me? What did I ever do to deserve this? This is not fair!"
  • Bargaining: "If you'll stay, I'll change" or "If I agree to do it (money, sex, whatever…) your way, can we get back together?"
  • Depression: "This is really happening, I can't do anything about it, and I don't think I can bear it."
  • Acceptance: "Okay, this is how it is, and I'd rather accept it and move on than wallow in the past."

This program is not for people who are not willing to let go of their relationship for good. You might not be ready to let go of your ex, to grieve your relationship or your family but as long as you have the desire to move on, we can work things out. Without this strong desire, we cannot get results.

This program is not for people who are not willing to take serious and consistent action.

RECLAIM YOUR LIFE™ begins with getting you in a place of calm where you reboot your nervous system. This allows you to move out of the Stress mode - Fight/Flight/Freeze zone -  and regain calm and clarity. Only then can we start working on healing, letting go, moving forward, rewiring your brain to get you making progress fast.

Here’s what the methodology entails:


  • PEACE : Stress, anxiety, fear add to the heartache by badly impairing your physical and mental wellbeing and  your ability to see things with clarity. So, we will first get you into a safe place of calm and serenity so that you feel better fast and you gain good clarity on your needs, desires and goals. You will learn to manage stress and build resilience.


The purpose is to get you quickly in a position to design a plan of action to heal and design your new life.


  • HEALING : You will start to let go of everything that is holding you back (disappointments, your ex and your own limiting beliefs) and learn to forgive (others and yourself too). These are nothing but heavy bricks in your backpack, you will drop them one at a time and for good so that your journey becomes effortless. You will discover your authentic self, your new identity and strengths as a single person, a single parent. You will learn to nurture and love yourself in a way that attracts and nurtures meaningful and loving relationships in your life.



  • EMPOWERMENT : Through science-backed techniques, you will  beat the negativity bias of the brain, cultivate optimism and develop a strong focussed mindset that beats fear and sees the world as an exciting field of opportunities. You will manage the inner (and outer) critic like a pro, sky-rocket you confidence, feel strong, worthy and valued regardless of the current circumstances of your life.



  • DESIGN : Will calm, clarity and power, you will be able to define your goals and desires, translate them into a plan and take actions one day at a time to manifest your new life.
